Grocery (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates rayvil.com(hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to rayvil.com, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. 8. Unlawful & Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the App, you warrant to the Company that you will not use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this T & C. You may not use the App in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Services.

The users are not entitled to use any kind of measures, mechanisms or tools (software or hardware) that could interfere with the functioning of the App or any of its Services.

9. Links to Third Party Sites

The App may contain links to or feeds from other web sites/applications ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of the Company and the Company is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site or any information transmitted on a Linked Site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Company of the site or any association with its operators.

Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers etc.) included within or available via a link from the App or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.

10. Behavioural Remarketing

We may use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

11. User Warrants & Restrictions

11.1. You represent and warrant that:
(a) your use of JioMart and/or Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation;
(b) all information that is submitted to Reliance in connection with JioMart and/or Services is true, accurate and lawful;
(c) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable JioMart policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory). If at any time, the information provided by you is found to be false or inaccurate, Reliance will have the right to reject registration, cancel all orders, and restrict you from using the Services and other affiliated services in the future without any prior intimation whatsoever. You agree to indemnify Reliance and its affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.

11.2. You will use Rayvil for lawful purposes only, and will not undertake any activity that is harmful to Rayvil or its content or otherwise not envisaged through Rayvil. You have a limited licence to access and use Rayvil, solely for the purpose of availing the Services, subject to these Terms of Use.

11.3. The use of the Platform by you is restricted to personal use only, and you will not use any portion of Rayvil (including the contents on the Platform) or Services for any resale or commercial purpose.

11.4. You will not do any of the following:

11.4.1. Delete or modify any content on Rayvil, such as any information regarding the Services, their performance, sales or pricing;

11.4.2. Use any engine, software, tool, agent or other mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars, worms, time bombs etc.) to navigate or search JioMart;

11.4.3. Make false or malicious statements against the Services, Rayvil;

11.4.4. Post, copy, submit, upload, distribute, or otherwise transmit or make available any software or other computer files that contain a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise disrupt or damage Rayvil and/or Services or any connected network, or otherwise interfere with any person or entity's use or enjoyment of Rayvil and/or the Services;

11.4.5. Introduce any trojans, viruses, any other malicious software, any bots or scrape Rayvil for any information;

11.4.6. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, security or authentication measures implemented by us or otherwise tamper or attempt to tamper with our technological design and architecture;

11.4.7. Hack into or introduce malicious software of any kind onto Rayvil;

11.4.8. Gain unauthorised access to, or interfere with, or damage, or disrupt the server on which the details connected to the Services are stored, or any other server, computer, or database connected to the Services; or

11.4.9. Engage in any form of antisocial, disruptive, or destructive acts, including “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,”, “phishing” and “griefing” as those terms are commonly understood and used on the internet.

11.5. You are prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, updating or sharing on or through Rayvil, any information that:

11.5.1. belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right;

11.5.2. is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise harmful in any manner whatsoever;

11.5.3. harms minors in any way;

11.5.4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

11.5.5. violates any law for the time being in force;

11.5.6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

11.5.7. impersonates or defames another person; or

11.5.8. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

12. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bhubaneswar only.

14. Access outside the india

Rayvil makes no representation that the content on Rayvil is appropriate to be used or accessed outside the Republic of India. Any users who use or access Rayvil from outside the Republic of India, do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction. These Terms of Use do not constitute, nor may these Terms of Use be used for or in connection with any promotional activities or solicitation by anyone in any jurisdiction in which such promotional activities or solicitation are not authorised or to any person to whom it is unlawful to promote or solicit.
