Rayvil CANCELLATION POLICY
This cancellation, return and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms of Use sets out the terms and conditions for cancellation sold on www.Rayvil.com and its mobile and tablet applications (“Rayvil”). The products listed and sold on Rayvil shall be referred to herein as “Products”.
1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By using Rayvil vegfresh and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Rayvil, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on Rayvil. Please note that, we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your terms of cancellation of an order for Product bought on Rayvil. Every time you wish to use Rayvil, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
2. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
From Customer side:
After order confirmation there is no cancellation operation from the Customer side.
From Operator side:-
The operator can cancel the schedule at any time due to machinery failure or any other cause beyond his control or may cancel the total day at any time.
Customers affected due to the cancellation are eligible for a refund of the full amount (excluding taxes and internet handling charges).
The booking system for the concerned operator will be remaining inactive till the restart confirmation from the operator and the scheduled confirmation.
